STUDIO POLICIES

At Suki Studio, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide a private, focused, and elevated experience. Please review the studio policies below before booking.

APPOINTMENTS

Suki Studio operates by appointment only.

To maintain the quality, privacy, and timing of each client experience, walk-ins are not accepted.

BOOKING FEE

A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your final service total.

Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, all booking fees are non-refundable if you choose to cancel for any reason.

The booking fee may be transferred one time if your appointment is rescheduled with proper notice.

If you have previous brow work or existing permanent makeup, approval is required before booking. 

PAYMENT

The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

Accepted forms of payment include:

— Cash
— Debit/Credit Card
— Zelle

Gratuity is never required, but always appreciated.

RESCHEDULING

Appointments may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking fee, and a new booking fee will be required to reserve a new appointment.

Promotional pricing does not apply to rescheduled appointments. Any new appointment will be booked at the current service rate.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will have their appointment canceled to protect the schedule and experience of all clients that day.

The booking fee will be forfeited, and a new booking fee will be required to rebook.

This policy is strictly upheld.

NO-SHOW POLICY

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total.

A new booking fee will also be required for any future appointment requests.

This policy protects the reserved time and studio availability dedicated to each client.

NO GUEST POLICY

To maintain a calm, private, and focused studio environment, guests are not permitted unless previously approved.

Only clients receiving services may enter the studio.

Drivers, family members, and friends are kindly asked to wait outside the studio or return at pickup time.

Thank you for respecting the studio experience and standards created for every client.

 

CONSULTATIONS

All new clients begin with an intake review to ensure the right treatment plan, expectations, and design approach are aligned before booking.

Online consultations are reserved for Tuesdays and are offered when additional planning or approval is needed, including:

— Previous permanent makeup or correction cases
— Clients with existing brow work
— Clients seeking additional clarity before booking

This allows every treatment plan to begin with intention, not guesswork.
