APPOINTMENTS

Suki Studio operates by appointment only—no walk-ins.

 

BOOKING FEE

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your final total. If you cancel for any reason, the booking fee will be forfeited—no exceptions. If you have previous brow work, please consult with your artist before booking.

The booking fee may be transferred once if you need to reschedule.

We get it—fees aren’t fun. But this policy helps support our appointment-only studio and ensures our time is respected. Thank you for understanding!

PAYMENT

The remaining balance is due at your appointment. We accept: Cash, debit/credit cards, or Zelle.

Gratuity is not required but greatly appreciated! It can be added via cash, card, or Zelle.

 

RESCHEDULING

Reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid losing your deposit. You can reschedule on your own by clicking the reschedule button in your confirmation email. If you don’t see the button, it means:

 

You’ve exceeded the 48-hour window, or

No availability is left for the month.

 

If no availability remains, contact your artist for future openings. Promo discounts do not apply to rescheduled appointments. The new appointment will be charged at the current price.

 

Late arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit forfeited. A new deposit is required to rebook.

 

No shows

You will automatically be charged 50% of the service if you do not show up for your appointment. No exceptions, no excuses. You will have to put in another deposit if you wish to get your appointment.

No guest policy

We request that you kindly respect our no guest policy. Only those with appointments are allowed in the studio. Drivers may wait in their car, drop you off and pick you up.
