Not every client is an immediate candidate for treatment, which is why reviewing your medical eligibility before booking is an important part of the process. Please read the following carefully. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, or concerns prior to scheduling. If any of the following apply to you, you may not be eligible for treatment or may require medical clearance before moving forward. You May Not Be Eligible If You Are: Under 18 years old Pregnant, breastfeeding, or currently lactating Allergic to numbing agents, pigments, or cosmetic products used during the procedure Diabetic Taking blood-thinning medication Diagnosed with glaucoma Taking steroid medications (including Accutane or similar medications) Currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatment Have received chemotherapy or radiation treatment within the last 45 days Diagnosed with cancer and currently under active treatment Experiencing bacterial or viral infections Living with transmittable blood conditions (such as HIV, AIDS, Hepatitis, etc.) Experiencing open wounds, cuts, or active irritation near the brow area Living with skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, keloid scarring, or hypertrophic scarring in or around the treatment area Experiencing undiagnosed rashes, blisters, or skin abnormalities near the brows Diagnosed with high blood pressure or mitral valve disorder Experiencing healing disorders or compromised healing response Hemophiliac Epileptic or prone to fainting spells or seizures Important Note Some conditions may not automatically disqualify you, but may require medical clearance from your doctor before treatment can be safely performed.
