OMG, I’m obsessed! My new brows are FIRE!

Day 1

So you love your brows—yay! Now it’s time to SHOW them some love. Yep, you’ve got a little homework starting Day 1!

  1. Gentle Cleansing: Twice today, give your brows a soft rinse with lukewarm water. Skip the makeup removers and cleansers—just pure water will do. Remember, hot water's a no-go; it can cause the ink to fade. After washing, gently pat them dry with a clean paper towel.

  2. Moisturize: Apply a tiny, rice-grain-sized dab of the ointment from your aftercare kit to each brow. They should feel comfortably hydrated but still be able to breathe. This step is key to promoting smooth healing.

Stick to this simple routine, and you'll be on your way to brows that wow!

Day 2-4

Wait… why do they look so dark and thick?!

The brows might look darker and thicker than you expected—totally normal! The color might temporarily darken as the pigment oxidizes and light scabs form. This is totally normal! Don't panic and trust the process. Stick to your aftercare routine for the best results.

Gently wash your brows with just water 1-2 times a day. After that, apply a thin layer of ointment to keep them from cracking (cracking can affect ink retention). You can follow your usual makeup routine, but do NOT apply makeup on your brows.

Day 4-10

Ugh, now they’re scabbing and flaking! I look crazy!

Your brows will start to flake. DO NOT pick at those scabs! Let them shed naturally. It might seem like your hair-like strokes/ powder pixels are disappearing, but don’t worry—this is just your skin healing.

Umm… where did my brows go?!

Day 10-15

This is what we artists call "the ghosting phase." During this stage, your brows might look faded and patchy, but don’t panic — they’re just hiding under the healing skin. I promise they’ll be back!

Phew, they’re back and looking GOOD!

Day 15-30

Yay! The redness is gone, and the color is starting to settle. The true color and shape of your brows begin to emerge, revealing a more natural appearance.Your brows are entering the low-maintenance zone—beach, gym, whatever… they’re staying flawless!

Day 30

Wow, they healed so natural! Time for my touch-up soon!

It’s time for your perfecting visit! By now, your brows are fully healed, and this is the best time to reinforce any strokes or areas that may have healed lighter than expected. Remember, permanent makeup is a 2-step process—a second visit after the initial session is required to keep your brows looking fresh for 1-2 years.

Keep in mind, brows usually heal about 30%-50% lighter than Day 1. (Dry skin tends to heal around 30% lighter, while oily skin may heal up to 50% lighter.)

Once healed, don’t forget to apply full-spectrum sunscreen to your brows whenever you're in the sun. This helps prevent premature fading and keeps your brows looking flawless longer!

What to avoid

Do not touch, pick, or scratch your brows. Treat them like an open wound—picking at the scabs can pull the pigment out!

Avoid applying makeup or other products on your brows to prevent infection. Once fully healed, steer clear of anti-aging and acne products on your brows. The healing period is about 2 weeks (and about 4 weeks for the ink to fully settle). As long as you follow the aftercare instructions, you can still go to work or be out in public without issues.

No sweating, swimming, tanning, heavy workouts, or steamy activities (hot yoga, saunas, etc.) for 2 weeks.

On going care
